Orders under 4 lbs will be shipped free via First Class Mail or Priority Mail in 5 to 7 days. Orders over 4 lbs will be charged a flat fee of $15. We will notify you in the event of any delays. Contact us if you need your order in a hurry – expedited delivery is available. $7 flat rate shipping for Hawaii and Alaska.
International Shipping Rates International shipping is available for most addresses. There is a $17 flat rate for packages up to 4lbs ($50 over 4 lbs) via Priority Mail International and should normally take 1 to 2 weeks. Please contact us if Express Mail or expedited delivery is necessary.

30 day return/exchange policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, just return it in original condition within 30 days along with a copy of the original email receipt or packing slip and a note describing the item to be exchanged or explaining your reason for return. It’s best to return your purchase with delivery confirmation or some type of tracking so we are sure to receive it. Shipping charges are not refundable and will deducted from your refund total. “Free shipping” customers will be refunded their totals less a $7 shipping fee. Note: Food items are not returnable due to health reasons.
